The Chapin Park Neighborhood Association Board of Directors consists of no more than nine (9) Directors At Large and up to five (5) Designated Directors with officers of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.

President

You need JavaScript enabled to view it., a long-time resident of 617 Park Avenue 574-276-6860, has served at various times in various capacities on the Chapin Park Board. Tim is the driving force of the Candlewalk holiday event, carriage rides, and the neighborhood ornaments. Tim is an inventor, craftsman, businessman, brewing hobbyist; and loves his 1891 Gable Front home with his family. The President calls monthly meetings, inspires event volunteers, and keeps lines of communication open between neighbors and the city.
Vice-President
Susan Youens, Forest Avenue.

Secretary
Ted Gerring, is not merely a recorder, but a reporter and historian to the neighborhood. The discussions and decisions of the Board affect the entire neighborhood. The story should be told, needs to be told, and archived for future neighbors, as well.

Treasurer (Open)
The Treasurer ensures all neighborhood association activities are possible, also helps the neighborhood plan for the future.
